Breakfast at the Grizzly Manor

I love pancakes. I’m not sure if anyone has noticed! 🙂 My Dad makes them for me and my sister pretty much every weekend, and when I get to have them on the trail it’s like a special treat for me. My Dad had heard about the size of the pancakes at the Grizzly Manor Café in Big Bear Lake, so naturally we went there for breakfast.

But when we got there, everything looked good. So I got a bit more than a pancake (which was excellent too). It’s probably a good thing that PCT through-hikers get a discount with all the food we ordered! The café was busy and fun and interesting. The owner was working at the same we were there, and she talked with us and gave me a very cool Grizzly Manor Café t-shirt!
